The use of the website is in principle possible without any private data. But for contact and booking requests personal data are necessary. To guarantee personal rights personal data are collected in the legal frame work of the current General Data Protection Regulation GDPR, REGULATION EU 2016/679, and are protected. In the focus are principles (GDPR Par. 5) as lawfulness, few data as possible, necessity und purpose, correctness, limitation of storing, transparency, integrity and privacy.

Personal contact details voluntarily submitted via the e-mail contact form, such as name, e-mail address, telephone number, are used to contact the operator.
The data are recorded on the website for the transmission of the e-mail and stored by the receiving e-mail application.
Legal basis
This processing is based on Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR as the legal basis (weighing of interests) and is necessary for the operational purpose. There is a legitimate interest in this for the operator.
Data deletion
The mails are deleted in the operator's mail application as soon as their purpose is done.
Data transmission
The data transmission, including e-mail, is encrypted and cannot be read by third parties. The operator only uses encrypted e-mail communication.
Data processing
The data is securely stored and managed by a web host without the possibility of third party access. Backup data is periodically saved by the responsible operator and the web host.
The web host saves general access data and information such as access time, IP address, browser and operating system in the log files on the web server, which are usually required for the secure operation of the server (e.g. defense against cyber attacks and unlawful use). This data is neither recorded nor used. The legal basis for the temporary storage of the data and the log files is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
